About the Opportunity

Neobridge Healthcare is building a Regina-based talent pool of General Family Physicians to support primary care clinics (longitudinal rosters and/or walk-in/urgent primary care, depending on the site).

Physicians in Saskatchewan are regulated and licensed through the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS), and applicants must be eligible to practise in Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care (preventive care, acute presentations, and chronic disease management).
• Order/interpret investigations, refer to specialists, and coordinate care with allied health providers.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR and support quality/safety processes.
• Deliver patient-centered care with clear communication and professionalism.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient, respectful service delivery.

Qualifications

• MD with CPSS registration/licensure eligibility (independent or applicable pathway, depending on the role).
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and comfort working in a structured clinic environment.
